Job interviewing, a frank conversation

I felt I had to talk about a subject that’s been wearing on my mind lately—job interviews. I don’t confess to not being a professional interviewer, but I know what I’m looking for in a candidate and what I expect to come out of an interview.

So I’m always amazed when some people mess up what I consider ”The basics.” In my latest video, I share some thoughts on what a potential employer would be looking for from a candidate.

Shane's responsibilities include strategic direction for the companies, policy advice for the building industry through BILD Calgary, and political involvement through the Alberta Enterprise Group on the economy, making him an industry leader in his field.
