Ok tis the season but it doesn’t have to just be at the end of the year. What I’m referring to is that goal, the resolutions, the changes you want to make in your life. I used to do this when I was in TEC Canada yearly but you slowly learn that you don’t need to wait until the New Year to set these goals. You can do it anytime throughout the year.
Set these goals now. Make them a challenge or a stretch but make them achievable. In other words don’t challenge yourself to lose 40 lbs. of weight in a month but rather over 2-3 months, don’t say you’re going to grow business by 20% this year if 5% is only achievable, you can stretch the goal to 10% but be realistic. But get those goals down on paper not your smart phone because the visual is better in my opinion. Review them weekly, set quarterly targets and keep track of how you’re doing.
