My Failure to make a decision. A costly business mistake

We’ve all had to learn those tough lessons in life both personally and professionally. One of the many for me was having to make a decision, which I didn’t because I was afraid of making a mistake. I learned, and I grew from that. I’m sure I’m not the only one out there.

I bet everyone’s learned some tough lessons over their life. Would you share them here?

Shane is the President & CEO of the Shane Homes Group of Companies and the namesake. Shane's responsibilities include strategic direction for the companies, policy advice for the building industry through BILD Calgary, and political involvement through the Alberta Enterprise Group on the economy, making him an industry leader in his field.
