It’s hard to believe that I made this video a few years back and never posted it. I know many of you have already set goals for the year, but did you know that usually, most people fall off their New Years’ goals after 30 days?
This is the time where you have to remain motivated and do a Big Check-In on how you’ve succeeded with your goals so far and continue with them.
Remember, you wanted to change and you want to succeed. I’ve said it before, and I’ll repeat it:
1. Review the results weekly.
2. Put them on a chart on the wall.
3. Do not put them on your phone but write them down.
